Registration

On-line registration will be available soon.

All the prices indicated below are given in Euro, and include VAT.

The registration fees include 3 lunches, coffee breaks, and the banquet on October 2sd.

Authors Registration

For each paper that's accepted, a minimum of one author is required to complete a regular/student registration. E-Vote-ID is an in-person event, with the expectation that authors present their contributions face-to-face.
Please be aware: not registering correctly could have implications for your paper's inclusion in the final proceedings and the event's schedule.

PhD Colloquium

The PhD colloquium is an invitation-only workshop coming without extra fees. No extra-participant will be accepted. However, invited researchers/students are expected to register to the conference.

Student Grants

E-Vote-ID 2025 proposes student grants to help young researchers participate in the conference. We warmly encourage grant recipients to participate, by submitting a contribution, in the PhD colloquium as well. The grant will cover the registration fees and the accommodation (travel costs are borne by the participant).

Application rules:
- Applicants must send a CV including a short description of their research topic to local-chairs-evoteid-2025@inria.fr.
- Moreover, the application must be supported by the PhD advisor via a brief reference letter or email sent to the local chairs as well.

Application deadline: June 15th, AoE
Notification of acceptance: July 7th

Invitation Letters

Should you require an invitation letter for a visa application, forward your request to the local-chairs-evoteid-2025@inria.fr. Please include your complete name, institutional details, the ID and title of your paper (if relevant), and evidence of your payment.
